• Each individual may register only one phwin77 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be suspended. Any balance in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

03 Account Management

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwin77 account credentials, including your username and password. phwin77 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other website or service.

You must notify phwin77 support immediately at support@phwin77.org if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. phwin77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

Account Suspension and Closure

• phwin77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent or collusive activity is suspected, or where required by applicable regulations.
• A member may request to close their phwin77 account at any time by contacting support. Real-money PHP balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be withdrawn subject to standard verification and withdrawal conditions.
• Bonus balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. phwin77 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its inactivity policy, details of which are available by contacting phwin77 support.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All phwin77 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phwin77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya and Philippine bank transfer. Deposit limits and minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the phwin77 cashier and may vary by payment method.

• GCash and Maya deposits are generally credited to your phwin77 account within seconds of a successful transaction.
• Philippine bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet are credited within the timeframe applicable to the chosen bank and payment network.
• phwin77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees; phwin77 takes no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment services.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in funds being returned.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by phwin77 during standard processing hours. Withdrawal amounts must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the phwin77 cashier. All withdrawals are paid in PHP to a payment account registered in your own name matching your phwin77 account details.

• phwin77 may require identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified amount.
• Withdrawals will only be released to GCash, Maya or Philippine bank accounts verified as belonging to the phwin77 account holder.
• Platinum VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. Standard processing times apply to all other tiers.
• phwin77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of responsible gaming checks, identity verification or investigation of suspected irregular activity.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

phwin77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Filipino members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that accompany each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are awarded in PHP and credited to a member's bonus balance unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 20x means you must wager a total amount equal to 20 times the bonus in PHP before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance).
• The contribution of each game category toward satisfying a wagering requirement varies. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate, and certain game categories may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• phwin77 bonuses are available to one account per member, per household address, per device and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or shared payment details will result in account suspension and forfeiture of the bonus.

VIP Program

Cashback awarded through the VIP Program is credited in PHP and may carry a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. VIP tier status is reviewed periodically and phwin77 reserves the right to adjust a member's tier based on activity levels.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on phwin77 — including live casino, slot games, bingo, sports betting and the Bet section — are operated in accordance with the rules specific to each game or betting market, as displayed within the phwin77 platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money PHP bet.

Game Results and Malfunctions

• Game outcomes on phwin77 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games and by live dealer results for live casino games. phwin77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phwin77. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, their PHP balance reviewed and potentially forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one phwin77 account, or accessing phwin77 using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using phwin77 if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with phwin77 games, betting markets or the platform in general.
• Engaging in collusion with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on phwin77.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds or with an unfair advantage. phwin77 will void bets placed under such circumstances.
• Using phwin77 to launder money or to facilitate any illegal financial activity. All phwin77 accounts are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute a legitimate PHP deposit made to phwin77. Any member who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing phwin77 staff or other members through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phwin77 platform — including but not limited to the phwin77 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phwin77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

phwin77's total aggregate liability to any individual member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total PHP amount deposited by that member into their phwin77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy

phwin77 collects, processes and stores personal data about its Filipino members in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a phwin77 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the phwin77 Privacy Policy.

phwin77 uses member personal data for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, customer support, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention and marketing communications (where consent has been provided). phwin77 does not sell member personal data to third parties.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phwin77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
